Private Home Care in Welwyn Garden City
Welwyn Garden City-Based Personal Assistant Home Support and 24 Hour Live-In Care
Quality care, the kind that not only takes care of your basic needs, but helps you to enjoy and live your life to the full does exist. Branch owners and husband and wife duo, Amy and Adam believe exactly that and it’s this belief that led them to launching Hub Care Support across both West and Mid Hertfordshire.
Together, they are passionate about putting you in control of your care.
Areas we cover
Our office is based in Rickmansworth, but we cover a much wider area, extending all the way over to the Whipsnade border. Some of the key towns and villages include:
- St Albans
- Potters Bar
Support we provide
Whatever home-support you are looking for, Amy and Adam of Hub Care Support Mid-Herts are delighted to help you. Having worked in care for many years, they are passionate about the power of remaining independent in the comfort and familiarity of your own home and surroundings and are committed to helping you do just that.
Their carefully chosen Personal Assistants are all QCAS approved to give you and your loved ones total peace of mind. This accreditation means that all their PA’s have completed all necessary training, DBS, ID and personal reference checks, insurance and more.
As a personal introductory service, Hub Care Support believes you should be in control of the care you receive. Inviting someone into your home and to support you is a personal and trusted thing and deserves the utmost respect.
Whether you are looking for live-in care, adhoc respite care, personal care, domestic support around the home, getting to and from appointments or social events or help with food preparation and eating, we can help. We make it our mission to get to know you and your individual wants and needs before introducing you to PAs who can support you. You and your loved ones can then choose the best fit for you and we’ll be there to support you each step of the way.
Meet the Team
Amy has worked in the care sector for 16 years having worked in a number of different care settings.
Amy began working as a self-employed Personal Assistant with the Hub where she enjoyed the flexibility but it soon became evident that she was passionate about Hub Care Support as a business and was invited to become a member of the operations team. This was proven to be an exciting change and when the opportunity came to open a branch in West Hertfordshire in early 2022 it was an opportunity not to be missed!
Adam is Amy’s husband and supports her with the running of the West Hertfordshire branch and utilising his financial services degree which he completed in 2003.
Outside of work Adam has a keen interest in sport and likes running and between them they have 2 young children to keep them busy outside of running their branch.
