We are a free community introductory service, helping those looking for extra support at home to find it! We pride ourselves on delivering a trusted, quality service to give you and your loved ones total peace of mind.
From first-hand experience, we know the decision to invite someone in to your home to provide home-care isn’t always one made lightly, so we are here to guide and support you along the way.
Whether you are seeking regular personal care for a loved one, or have simply decided yourself that you could benefit from some domestic support around the home to get things done a little more safely or quickly to help do the things you want to do, we are here to help.
Based on a care model with over 10 years’ experience, our free community service introduces you to qualified independent Personal Assistants (PAs) you can trust. Many of our PAs have years of experience, with specialist knowledge and skills, enabling them to support service users with a wide variety of needs, from health conditions such as dementia to strokes, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and more.
Meet the Team
Mark – Director
Having worked in the service industry his whole career, Mark has always been dedicated to serving and supporting others. It was when his Father-in-law began to need home-support himself, that Mark realised just how incredibly rewarding it could be to care for the needs of others. This wonderful life lesson is what led him to explore how he could combine his new career, with his passion for helping others. As the branch director for Hub Care Support, Fareham, Mark is committed to changing the face of care in Hampshire, helping those in need of home-care to find their perfect match within their network of highly qualified Personal Assistants.
Karen – Director
Through Karen’s natural caring nature, she finds great fulfillment in helping others. Her own personal experiences of supporting her late grandmother through her Parkinson’s illness and now her own Father who lives with both diabetes and dementia, Karen has a true understanding of how positive and impactful great care can be on a person and their loved ones. As an integral part of Hub Care Support Fareham, she is delighted to be working side-by-side with her husband Mark, supporting local residents to find and receive personal, caring support from their independent PAs.
