All of our Personal Support Assistants in our West-Mids network are QCAS-approved. This means they are proud members of the Quality Care Approval Scheme, committed to providing safe, quality care you and your loved ones can rely on. It means they are fully trained, insured, DBS-checked, have the right to work in the UK and much more.
At Hub Care Support Sutton Coldfield, we are dedicating to helping you from the point of your first call looking into care, right through to choosing the best person to provide your unique support and beyond. We know the pressure that can be felt from making the decision to receive support at home and choosing the right person, so we want to make that process as easy and stress-free as can be.
Whatever support you need, from personal care, help with food preparation, eating and drinking, transport to and from appointments, domestic support in the home and much more.

Sam – Director
Sam has an innate caring and reliable nature, which is what drives his desire to make a positive impact within the local community.
He believes that building trust and putting other’s needs first is the core of positive care and is passionate that everyone should feel supported, valued and celebrated. This, coupled with the Hub’s proven systems and processes, Sam has a solid understanding and appreciation that each role plays within effective, safe and supportive care.
As a family man himself, Sam and his mum Jemma make the perfect duo for Sutton Coldfield and the local area.
Jemma – Director
With over 20 years of working with the NHS and private care agencies, Jemma has an exceptional understanding of exactly what is needed to provide the best quality care every person deserves.
From her naturally caring nature and personal experiences, Jemma understands just how challenging and overwhelming finding care for yourself or a loved one can be. She’s making it her mission to provide unwavering reassurance and support to the local community to really make a difference.
And doing all of that with her son? A dream team for the local community in and around Sutton Coldfield!
