To us, it is essential that you and your loved ones are satisfied with the care you receive. We believe care should enrich your life, supporting you to safely and comfortably take care of the necessities and the things that help you to live your life to the fullest.
Our Personal Support Assistants (PAs) will take their time to understand what you want and need and how they can best help you. Their support services include; personal care, support with food preparation, eating and drinking, transport to and from appointments, domestic support in the home and much more.
Each of our PAs are members of QCAS giving you peace of mind that they are fully trained, enchance-DBS checked, vetted, insured and much more.

Sam – Director
Sam has an innate caring and reliable nature, which is what drives his desire to make a positive impact within the local community.
He believes that building trust and putting other’s needs first is the core of positive care and is passionate that everyone should feel supported, valued and celebrated. This, coupled with the Hub’s proven systems and processes, Sam has a solid understanding and appreciation that each role plays within effective, safe and supportive care.
As a family man himself, Sam and his mum Jemma make the perfect duo for Sutton Coldfield and the local area
Jemma – Director
With over 20 years of working with the NHS and private care agencies, Jemma has an exceptional understanding of exactly what is needed to provide the best quality care every person deserves.
From her naturally caring nature and personal experiences, Jemma understands just how challenging and overwhelming finding care for yourself or a loved one can be. She’s making it her mission to provide unwavering reassurance and support to the local community to really make a difference.
And doing all of that with her son? A dream team for the local community in and around Sutton Coldfield!
