We are on a mission to bring care with a difference to the community of Ottery St. Mary and surrounds. We passionately believe that you should have control of the care and home support you receive, giving you and your loved ones the confidence you need to remain safely and happily independent in your own home.
Each of the visits from our Personal Assistants (PAs) are a minimum of 1-hour, with the same person at the same agreed time, to ensure you receive consistent, quality care.
Our network of PAs are all QCAS approved, providing the reassurance that they are fully trained, enhanced DBS checked, personally vetted and fully insured. Many of our PAs have a wealth of experience in care, bringing specialist care skills and knowledge. They can support you with things like domestic help around the home, getting out and about for leisure activities or appointments, personal care, companionship, food preparation and much more.
Meet the Team
Rosie - Director
As an innately caring and nurturing person, Rosie has spent most of her career in education, working with the younger members of her community. However, a diagnosis of Parkinson’s for her husband, after her father battled the same disease, led her to care at other stages of life.
Having seen first-hand how impactful varying approaches to care can be, Rosie sought to bring a positive alternative to care to her local community. Passionate about the value of choice and control in empowering people to find their own personal quality of life, she was drawn to the ethical approach of Hub Care Support. She works tirelessly to match Personal Assistants with work that they love, so that they are able to provide high quality care to their clients.
