We are so proud to support those who are looking to find or work in care. Our fantastic Personal Support Assistants provide help to those looking for extra home-support or even live-in care.

Our independent Personal Support Assistants deliver tailored support to every one their clients seeking care, supporting them to retain their independence and improve their quality of life. 

We believe supporting you to retain your independence helps you to maintain as much physical, emotional, and mental autonomy as possible, building self-esteem, confidence and boosting overall well-being.

Our Hub PAs are all QCAS approved, meaning you can rest assured they are fully trained, insured and have had appropriate safety checks. Many Hub PAs have specialist skills in caring for people with complex or additional support needs, such as dementia, respite, learning disabilities, epilepsy, mental health challenges and much more. 

We are proud to offer our free community introductory services to adults of any age in and around Windsor. 

Meet the Team


Managing Director

James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16.  After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn!



After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn.



Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years.  Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.


Branch Manager

Hi I am Larissa the branch manager of the Buckinghamshire Hub Care Support. I have previously worked for Rennie Grove and also as a trainer within the health and social care sector.


Duty Team Officer

Hi I am Lynne and I am a duty team officer at the Buckinghamshire Branch. I am also a personal assistant with the Hub and I previously worked with Rennie Grove hospice.


Duty Team Officer

Hi I am Jo and I am a duty team officer at the Buckinghamshire Branch. My previous experience was as manager of a health and social care training provider.
