Support we provide

Our network of independent Personal Support assistants  within Hub Tring, provide such an important and valuable role within the local community. We believe our PAs bring a carefully tailored, personal touch to care and home support, recognising their clients as individuals and their unique needs needs.

This bespoke approach helps to ensure that their client’s support is tailored to them and their individual circumstances. We are passionate about providing choice and control over the care you receive, putting you at the heart of the support you receive so that it works for you.

Every one of our Personal Support Assistants are QCAS approved. This means they have all of the specialist care training, insurance and safety checks to give you and your loved ones the peace of mind you deserve. Many of our PAs have specialist training and experience, enabling them to support clients with a wide range of needs from stroke recovery, to respite care, live-in care, dementia care and more.

As a local resident themselves, they are familiar with local support services and community activities, supporting their clients to retain their independence and get the most from life.

Whether it’s our in-office guidance or the support provided by your Hub PA, we endeavour to ensure it is delivered in a person-centred, compassionate manner.

As all of our PAs work independently they have the freedom to work flexibly to suit your needs. All visits start at a minimum of 1-hour to ensure they can provide their support services with care, quality and compassion. By working with an independent PA, you also have consistency in the care you receive, helping to improve the relationship you build with your PA, the service you receive and the ultimately, your quality of life.

For many who use our introductory service, the support they receive from their PA proves to be life changing.

Meet the Team

James

Managing Director

James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16.  After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn.

Natasha

Director

After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn.

Marrilyn

Founder

Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years.  Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.
