Support we provide
As a local home care support service, our Personal Support Assistants are there to support you with a variety of services to help enhance your quality of life and independence, assisting you with many daily activities.
Their support services begin with 1-hour appointments, which could be a couple of times a week, daily or even full-time, live-in care – whatever you need to meet your individual needs.
Services provided by your Hub Personal Support Assistant could include help with personal and medical care, such as dressing and bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and support getting to and from appointments or even social occasions.
In introducing you to trusted, qualified, independent PA’s we aim to support you in feeling safer and more secure in your own home, with the great quality of life you deserve.
Every one of our Personal Support Assistants are QCAS approved, meaning you and your loved ones get peace of mind that they are trained, insured and have passed appropriate safety checks and references. You can check the status of their membership at any time.

Managing Director
James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16. After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn!

Director
After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn.

Founder
Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years. Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.
