We support those who are looking to find or work in care. Our fantastic network of highly skilled independent Personal Support Assistants provide help to those looking for extra home-support or even live-in care.

With the help of home support, we believe you can stay connected with the outside world and retain your independence, all whilst remaining in your own home.

Our Personal Support Assistants will work with you to develop unique support that caters to your individual needs; it’s not one-size-fits-all here at the Hub!

Once we have taken the time to get to know you and what you’re looking for, we’ll introduce you to our network of Personal Support Assistants who can help you. Then you have total choice and control over who you decide would be the best fit for you. Their range of support services is vast, from a 1-hour weekly visit, to daily check-ins and even live-in care. They can support with personal care, food preparation and eating, getting to and from social activities, help around the home, shopping and much, much more.

Managing Director

James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16.  After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn!



After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn



Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years.  Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.


Branch Manager

Hi I am Larissa the branch manager of the Buckinghamshire Hub Care Support. I have previously worked for Rennie Grove and also as a trainer within the health and social care sector.


Duty Team Officer

Hi I am Lynne and I am a duty team officer at the Buckinghamshire Branch. I am also a personal assistant with the Hub and I previously worked with Rennie Grove hospice.


Duty Team Officer

Hi I am Jo and I am a duty team officer at the Buckinghamshire Branch. My previous experience was as manager of a health and social care training provider.
