Let this duo help you to get the care you deserve.

Areas we cover

Our office is based in Lowestoft, but we actually cover a large section of the East Coast including:

  • Lowestoft
  • Corton
  • Lound
  • Blundeston
  • St Olaves
  • Flixton
  • Oulton
  • Carlton Colville
  • Giseham and more…

Support we provide

A Hub Personal Support Assistant will provide reassurance that you can have good, reliable, quality care.  We are different to a care agency because we will come at a time and on a day which you agree and it will always be for a minimum of 1 hour so it will never be rushed or fitted around a busy schedule.

You can have peace of mind that you won’t be left waiting for your carer to come.

A PA can provide support in many different ways from helping around the home with light cleaning duties, food preparation – getting breakfast ready or making something for your lunch. They can help you finish a jigsaw puzzle or be an opponent for you in a game of chess, or just provide simple companionship at a local coffee shop.

They also provide specialist care for people who have Alzheimer’s, degenerative diseases, mental health support or physical disabilities; as well as live-in care for those needing help with end of life support or respite following surgery.

To provide continued peace of mind, in order to be a PA with the Hub, they must be a QCAS member and have passed all the training provided which includes First Aid, Food Preparation, Health and Safety and many more.

Meet the Team

Roger Smith

Branch Owner

Working within the NHS for over 20 years, mainly front line as a paramedic but also primary care in GP surgeries, more recently as a medic on the East Anglia Hub Windfarms, Roger decided he wanted a change.

Knowing that home support could benefit from modernisation and a different approach, he joined Hub Care Support and opened up a branch in East Anglia in 2022.

Joyce Smith

Branch Owner

With many years of experience working in care homes, for agencies and independently in the local area, Joyce has always had a passion for the care industry and understands the ups and downs associated with it.

Feeling it was time to make a change, opening a branch of Hub Care Support with her husband has allowed her to provide support to people in the community who want to live a more independent life.
