Support we provide
A Hub Personal Support Assistant will deliver quality, consistent home-support across Loddon and the surrounding area.
We believe the best way to find you the care you deserve is to speak to you personally to fully understand your requirements and to get to know you; and if you’re not sure what support you need, don’t worry we can help with that.
Once we’ve had our introductory chat, we will then introduce you to the PA’s who are available and who have the necessary skills, training and knowledge to support you or your loved one. Then it is left for you to choose the PA who you think is the best match!
Whether you are looking for short home-visits (minimum of 1 hour), for help around the home, specialist care services or even live-in care, we can support you with our free community introductory service.
A Personal Support Assistant can provide an array of services, from help with washing and dressing, to meal preparation. They can also help around the home with laundry and ironing; but can also simply help you remain independent and get out and about in the local community. There’s so much having a PA can help with, so let us work with you to retain your independence, stay in the comfort of your own home and provide peace of mind that you can get good, consistent and quality care!

Roger Smith
Branch Owner
Working within the NHS for over 20 years, mainly front line as a paramedic but also primary care in GP surgeries, more recently as a medic on the East Anglia Hub Windfarms, Roger decided he wanted a change.
Knowing that home support could benefit from modernisation and a different approach, he joined Hub Care Support and opened up a branch in East Anglia in 2022.
Joyce Smith
Branch Owner
With many years of experience working in care homes, for agencies and independently in the local area, Joyce has always had a passion for the care industry and understands the ups and downs associated with it.
Feeling it was time to make a change, opening a branch of Hub Care Support with her husband has allowed her to provide support to people in the community who want to live a more independent life.
