Support we provide
Let us help begin your journey to good, quality and reliable care.
A QCAS approved Hub Personal Support Assistant is a lifeline to help you navigate through times where extra care is needed.
Extra care can be anything from helping you around the home with washing up, ironing and meal preparation to personal care including helping you to shower and get dressed. They can also help with getting you out of bed and preparing your breakfast.
They can provide companionship which could be anything from taking you to lunch at your local pub, or assisting you with your holiday plans, some can also provide live-in support for as long as you need them to.
If you need support with respite care, have a disability or mental health issue let a PA take some of the worry away.
A Hub PA is your lifeline towards an independent, fulfilled and fun life. You can enjoy being in the comfort of your own home, with your own familiar surroundings and unlike agency care, you will always know when they are coming because you will agree this with them during your introductory chat.
With a PA from Hub Care Support, you can rest assured you will receive good, quality and consistent care from a QCAS approved companion.

Meet the Team
Working within the NHS for over 20 years, mainly front line as a paramedic but also primary care in GP surgeries, more recently as a medic on the East Anglia Hub Windfarms, Roger decided he wanted a change.
Knowing that home support could benefit from modernisation and a different approach, he joined Hub Care Support and opened up a branch in East Anglia in 2022.
With many years of experience working in care homes, for agencies and independently in the local area, Joyce has always had a passion for the care industry and understands the ups and downs associated with it.
Feeling it was time to make a change, opening a branch of Hub Care Support with her husband has allowed her to provide support to people in the community who want to live a more independent life.
