Deciding what sort of care support you need, how frequently and who should provide it is a big decision to make. Our free community introductory service helps to take any of the uncertainty away. Our experienced and compassionate team will get to know you, your wants and needs and guide you through every step of the process to find the perfect PA for you.
Our network of independent Personal Support Assistants can provide help from 1-hour visits to live-in care. Many have years of experience in care, with specialist skills and knowledge to support those who may be experiencing dementia, physical disabilities, learning & development challenges, difficulties with mental health, strokes and rehabilitation.
However, it may be that you are simply looking for a little extra help around the home to make life that bit easier, and that’s absolutely fine too! All of our Hub PAs are QCAS approved, giving you peace of mind over the person coming into your home and as you choose your own PA, you get rest assured that your home support will bring consistency, seeing the same person at the same agreed time.

James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16. After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn!

After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn

Founder
Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years. Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.
