Private Home Care in Buckinghamshire

Buckinghamshire-Based Personal Assistant Home Support and 24 Hour Live-In Care

Over 10 years ago, Marrilyn and James decided to start a care company. They had accumulated years of experience in various aspects of the care industry and came together with a shared passion for creating a unique and empowering approach to care. Their vision was to offer clients the opportunity to have greater choice and control in the care they received, which was something they felt was missing from traditional care models. Today, Hub Care Support has been providing top-quality private care in Buckinghamshire for over a decade, continuing to be guided by the values and passion of its founders.

Why choose Hub Care Support for Private Care

Our services offer a unique approach to care with you at the forefront of your care decisions. Per our founder’s vision, we believe that care should be bespoke to each client’s needs and, as such, the control of what kind of care should lie with the one receiving it. So whether you are looking for live-in care in Buckinghamshire or someone to help keep you company for an hour or two in the afternoon, we can help.

Additionally, our carers are not just in the role due to the misconception of an easy career choice. Caring for you is our number one priority, and we ensure that our carers offer an extended family touch with the correct professional boundaries. All our personal assistants at Hub Care Support are fully trained in care skills, vetted by the DBS process and approved by QCAS standards to ensure we offer only the best service. We don’t just provide elderly care in the Buckinghamshire area; we provide assistance to live as independently as possible.

Meet the Team

James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16.  After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn!

After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn.

Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years.  Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.
