Support we provide
All of our Personal Support Assistants work independently, delivering consistent, quality home-support across Beaconsfield and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re looking for short home-visits to get some help around the home, specialist care services or even live-in care, we can support you with our free community introductory service. Committed to empowering people with choice and control over the care they receive, our Personal Support Assistants provide a vast array of services. From help washing and dressing, to meal preparation, help around the home e.g. laundry and ironing, getting out and about in the community and much much more, your PA can meet your individual wants and needs.
Firstly, we speak with every person looking for care to help understand you and what you’re looking for (don’t worry if you don’t know quite what you’re looking for yet, we can help you with that too!). We’ll then introduce you to the PA(s) that are available and equipped with the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience, ready for you and your loved ones to choose who you feel is the best match. Once you have met with the PA and confirmed the finer details of your care together, your home support can begin!
Together with our network of independent PAs, it’s our mission to support you to retain your independence in the comfort of your own home.

James
Director
James has worked in the care sector since the age of 16. After specialising in internal training for social services, James founded his own business, Total Training, offering high quality training in a unique format. Through his experience in the care sector, James too could see an opportunity for a new way to care – making him the perfect match for Marrilyn!
Natasha
Director
After many years of working in HR and recruitment, Natasha found the industry for her when she joined a care agency over 15 years ago. Feeling uncomfortable with the way some agencies were being run, with compromises and risks, Natasha considered leaving the industry all together until she met Marrilyn.

Founder
Founder Marrilyn Green has worked across the care industry for many years. Having witnessed the services and quality of care provided by the majority of Care Agencies, Marrilyn wanted to give people something different; a service that gave choice and control back to the service user.
