Support we provide
Many of the people we support are simply looking to retain their independence and want to stay in the comfort of their own home.
We truly believe that with the help of effective and personal home support, you can stay connected with the outside world, live your life to the full and safely retain your independence.
Our Personal Assistants (PAs) will work with you to identify your own support needs, delivering tailored, quality support.
Each visit from a Hub PA takes place at the same agreed time, with the same person. This, coupled with our minimum one-hour visits, ensure you or your loved one has the opportunity to build a trusted relationship.
Our network of QCAS approved PAs are able to support with personal care, food preparation and eating, getting to and from social activities, help around the home, shopping and much, much more.
Meet the Team
Fale - Director
In 2018, Liverpool branch director Fale, joined the health and social care sector as a part time healthcare assistant during his Masters programme in cybersecurity. It was this that really led him to discover his passion in caring for vulnerable people. He said “I have always cared for friends or relatives in need in the past and I love knowing I am able to put a smile of the faces of those in need”. It was from that moment, he knew he wanted to pursue a career in care.
