Support we provide
A personal introductory service puts you at the very heart of your care, designed to ensure you feel happy and in control of the support you receive.
Husband and wife team Adam and Amy, passionately believe in the Hub Care Support service, so much so that Amy went from working as an independent Personal Assistant herself with the original branch to owning and operating two of her own award-winning branches. They believe that quality care is a necessity in ensuring their local communities are able to stay safe, independent and thriving in the comfort and security of their own homes.
Their network of carefully selected PAs are all QCAS approved, giving you peace of mind that you or your loved one are being supported by someone with all necessary training, insurance, DBS/ID/personal reference verification, right to work approval and more. They can support with anything from a little extra domestic support around the home, to personal care, help with food preparation and eating, getting to appointments, attending social events and more.
Not sure where to start? Don’t worry, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
Meet the Team
Amy has worked in the care sector for 16 years having worked in a number of different care settings.
Amy began working as a self-employed Personal Assistant with the Hub where she enjoyed the flexibility but it soon became evident that she was passionate about Hub Care Support as a business and was invited to become a member of the operations team. This was proven to be an exciting change and when the opportunity came to open a branch in West Hertfordshire in early 2022 it was an opportunity not to be missed!
Adam is Amy’s husband and supports her with the running of the West Hertfordshire branch and utilising his financial services degree which he completed in 2003.
Outside of work Adam has a keen interest in sport and likes running and between them they have 2 young children to keep them busy outside of running their branch.
