Support we provide

Our service differs from a traditional care agency because it empowers you to choose the individual who provides your support. We understand the importance of maintaining your independence, staying connected to your local community, and having confidence that the support you need will be there when you need it. We are available at the end of the phone because we believe that the best way to find out about your support needs is to speak with you personally; we take the time to get to know you so we can understand your requirements fully. You will also have the chance to speak to each of the PAs that match your specific needs. The decision about which PA is best suited to what you need is always up to you.

We only work with PAs who are approved members of the Quality Care Approval Scheme (QCAS). This means they have completed all training subjects such as First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Manual Handling. QCAS checks don’t stop there; all approved PAs have been checked and verified. They must be approved to work in the UK, have a conviction free DBS, and have written references that are verified in person. You can rest assured your care is in safe hands.

A Personal Assistant can help you with home visits, it’s never rushed so you really get to know your PA. They can help with things like cleaning, washing, personal care, and meal preparation. Personal Assistants can help you stay active, engage with your friends and local community, run daily errands, shopping and prescriptions. They are there to help you with what you want so you can live life to its fullest.
