At Hub Care Support Sutton Coldfield, we are proud to bring an exciting alternative to care to our local community. We introduce those who are looking for quality care to those who provide it, via our network of independent Personal Support Assistants (PAs).
Each of our PAs are approved by QCAS – the Quality Care Approval Scheme. This ensures you can feel confident in knowing the person supporting you is fully trained, insured, DBS-checked, has the right to work in the UK and much more.
The support they provide is entirely down to what you want and need, but to give you an idea, their services include: personal care, support with food preparation, eating and drinking, transport to and from appointments, domestic support in the home and much more.
Meet the Team
Sam – Director
Sam has an innate caring and reliable nature, which is what drives his desire to make a positive impact within the local community.
He believes that building trust and putting other’s needs first is the core of positive care and is passionate that everyone should feel supported, valued and celebrated. This, coupled with the Hub’s proven systems and processes, Sam has a solid understanding and appreciation that each role plays within effective, safe and supportive care.
As a family man himself, Sam and his mum Jemma make the perfect duo for Sutton Coldfield and the local area.
Jemma – Director
With over 20 years of working with the NHS and private care agencies, Jemma has an exceptional understanding of exactly what is needed to provide the best quality care every person deserves.
From her naturally caring nature and personal experiences, Jemma understands just how challenging and overwhelming finding care for yourself or a loved one can be. She’s making it her mission to provide unwavering reassurance and support to the local community to really make a difference.
And doing all of that with her son? A dream team for the local community in and around Sutton Coldfield!
