Support we provide

We differentiate ourselves from traditional care agencies by offering a introduction service that empowers you to select the individual who provides your support. We recognise the significance of maintaining your independence, remaining integrated within your local community, and having confidence that the support you require will be available when you need it.

We are readily available over the phone because we know that the most effective way to understand your support requirements is through direct conversation. We invest the time to really get to know your support wants and needs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to speak with each of the Personal Assistants (PAs) who match with your specific needs. The decision regarding which PA best suits your requirements always remains with you. All Personal Assistants on our register are accredited members of the Quality Care Approval Scheme (QCAS). This guarantees that they have successfully completed comprehensive training in many subjects such as First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Manual Handling. All approved PAs undergo thorough background checks to confirm they have a conviction free criminal record (DBS), have eligibility to work in the UK and written references which are verified in person. With us, you can have peace of mind knowing that your care is in capable hands.

A PA can assist you with home visits, ensuring that no aspect is hurried, allowing you to establish a strong connection with your PA. They can help with tasks such as cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Personal Assistants enable you to maintain an active lifestyle, connect with friends and the local community, manage daily errands, shopping, and prescriptions. They are dedicated to assisting you in living life to its fullest potential.

Meet the Team

Roger – Branch Owner

Working within the NHS for over 20 years, mainly front line as a paramedic but also primary care in GP surgeries and more recently as a medic for the East Anglia Hub windfarm, Roger decided he wanted a change.

Knowing that home support could benefit from modernisation and a different approach, he joined Hub Care Support and opened up a branch in East Anglia in 2022.

Feeling it was time to make a change, opening a branch of Hub Care Support with her husband has allowed her to provide support to people in the community who want to live a more independent life.
