I booked a live in carer for 3 days/nights for respite for myself. I was told this person matched my brief. Well I can’t tell you how right they were. Our carer fitted in so perfectly. My husband and I immediately bonded with our carer. It was a fabulous respite for myself but most importantly my husband keeps asking when is she coming back! I am hugely grateful for being introduced to my wonderful carer.

What a team, Larissa has been great at keeping in contact giving us so much support and information. We had a number of carers come forward to help and all with thorough profiles and details. Highly recommended and very grateful for their services.

We started using Hubcare 3 years ago to support my Mum to live independently with Alzheimer’s for as long as possible and I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Hubcare. They do all the legwork, sharing possible people (all who have been DBS checked and have recent reviews) who match Mums’ needs. We have worked with 5 PA/carers now who provide/have provided fabulous support to Mum at mealtimes. I would highly recommend and a huge thanks to the team on the telephone who are always happy to help in any way.

I had a very positive and proactive interaction with Hub Care Support whilst trying to put support in place for a family member. They were careful to listen to what was required and provided advice about how their service worked. Once my request was posted to their support workers I received a number of applications for the required service. I found a perfect match and was able to review the individual's profile, speak to them and meet them before we agreed to them starting to support our family member. Hub Care offer an excellent, efficient and friendly service when looking for help at home. I was uncertain of the exact assistance my parents needed but Jo and Lynne were both incredibly patient.
